Physical description: longish auburn hair that always has a slightly annoying piece stuck up in the back, massive height, brown eyes which he's slightly self conscious of because he thinks they're rather boring, and what he like to call a "winning" smile (this is because he like to get out of everything using this technique.)

Personality
First impression (others have of you): Friendly, slightly arrogant, humorous, outgoing
General personality traits: Gideon is not the type to ever be shy. He likes putting himself out there and making friends. Gideon has had only a few relationships in the past but they’ve been pretty long-lasting and they’ve mostly ended on good terms. Gideon’s rather sweet, and he was taught to always respect girls and use his utmost gentlemanly behavior when around the fairer sex. He isn’t a huge flirt (or that's what he'll tell you) and he doesn’t like leading people on. He honestly does have good intentions...and that's really all that counts, right? He’s fairly fun-loving and likes parties and having a good time, just as long as it doesn’t get too out of hand.

Gideon loves to laugh. He has an amazing sense of humor and loves making jokes. It’s something that he prides himself on. But they push it in such a way so that they can smile and talk their way out of trouble if need be. Rather charming, those Prewett boys, is what the teachers used to say. Gideon and Fabian together are the life of the party. The two of them are also similar in more than just looks—they possess extreme Gryffindor pride. Gideon, though, unlike Fabian, wears his heart more on his sleeve. He won’t be confrontational, but he’ll let his opinions be known. Should anyone threaten his family or friends, however, Gideon will be there in a heartbeat to defend them. He doesn’t like violence and will only be on the defensive side of a duel.

Gideon grew up in a house where magic was common. He first started displaying signs of magic when he was 4 years old. He was a natural Quidditch player and he found one of his mother’s old broom sticks and before he knew what was happening, he was about six feet off the ground, hovering and flying through the house, knocking over everything in sight.

Gideon’s family may not have been the richest or the most socially accepted, but they were one of the happiest. Gideon had an almost fatherly-instinct when it came to his younger sister, Molly. While Fabian and he teased her constantly when he was a boy, he would never let anything hurt her. Sure, they blamed most of the stuff that they did on her—they tended to get into a bit of trouble, not too much though—but they were the only ones allowed to tease her, and they made sure everyone knew it too.

Once they got to Hogwarts, Gideon and Fabian became closer than ever once they were Sorted. They sort of…came as a packaged deal. Gideon and Fabian. Fabian and Gideon. Fabigid. Take your pick. They did a lot together but did a lot separately, too. They were naturally gifted—top of their class easily. They had a slight fascination with Defense Against the Dark Arts. Nevertheless, Gideon and Fabian emerged as leaders in their House and Year. People knew who they were and, while they liked the attention, they didn’t let it go to their heads. They were looked down upon slightly by other purebloods, but the Malfoys and Blacks tolerated them because, while the Prewetts weren’t exactly wealthy, they were still purebloods.

Likes: Girls, Quidditch (specifically the Cannons), adoring fans, Filibusters Fireworks (specifically when theyre attached to Snape's arse), licorice wands, Molly and Arthur and being "the cool Uncle" as Bill puts it, Fabian when hes not borrowing my things, long walks on the beach and candle lit dinners...The Order.
Dislikes: Slytherins, Voldy-pants, Death Eaters, Divination (because that class is bollocks if you ask me...)bertie botts every flavored beans
Extracurricular Activities: used to play Quidditch; still do, now that Bill and Charlie fly around on their mini-brooms. Charlie's training for seeker, I swear, he's phenomenal.
Personal Weakness(es): Erm, I'm hotheaded. I don't really think before I act. I let Fabian do that. And I suppose Fabian can be considered a weakness. Well, my entire family, really.

Tell us, in a paragraph, what it was like growing up with your family:
There is nothing stronger than the bond that Gideon and Fabian shared and the two brothers look out for each other through everything. They were born to Bridget and William Prewett and a year later were joined by younger sister Molly Prewett. Gideon grew up a terror with an angel’s face. He got away with a lot and had an equally terrorizing twin brother along with him for the ride.

Being a member of a pureblood family meant more exposure to the magical world than others, so Gideon and Fabian grew up on broomsticks with chocolate frogs in their mouths and trick wands lying around. They both took to the game of Quidditch easily—Gideon and Fabian rotating mostly every position. Gideon and Fabian worked best together when they played Beaters, but once they got to school, they were actually split up on the team. This showed them that they didn’t have to be co-dependant all the time. Gideon found his new calling as the team’s Seeker. He is quite observant and catches details easily so this position suited him well.

Gideon grew up in a tight-knit family. Unlike the other pureblood families, Bridget and William didn’t stress the necessities of propriety. Sure, Gideon knew all the laws and attended all the balls and parties, but the family didn’t make it their focal point. Bridget and William made sure that Gideon knew that none of the stereotypes or bloodlines mattered. Gideon was taught to judge people on their personalities, not their blood status.
